WA Teams Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable Regional Organizer Coordinator to oversee scheduling, staffing, and team operations for our Washington organizing team. This role is responsible for assigning Lead and Supporting Organizers to client projects, ensuring appropriate team coverage, and remaining available to respond to last-minute changes in availability or staffing needs. You’ll also support training and onboarding of new team members, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with Your Home Girls’ processes and values. As the key liaison between the organizing team and YHG leadership, you will facilitate clear communication, share updates, and contribute to strategic planning. Reliable transportation is required, as occasional in-person visits or team support at client sites may be needed.
Lead Organizer
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Organizer to join our team at Your Home Girls. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison during client sessions, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience. You will lead organizing projects, manage team members, and oversee the workflow to ensure each space meets our standards of beauty, functionality, and sustainability. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality control checks, maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the organizing process, and ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standard. Reliable transportation is essential, as you will be required to travel to and from client locations. Support Organizer
The Supporting Organizer works under the direction of the Lead Organizer to execute hands-on organizing tasks. Responsibilities include sorting, folding, labeling, product placement, and staging spaces to reflect Your Home Girls’ standards of beauty, functionality, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, takes direction well, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Reliable transportation is required, as you’ll need to travel to various client locations.
